Lansdowne – European Tour 2026

Lansdowne is a hard rock and alternative metal band from Boston, Massachusetts, formed in 2006. They are known for their high-energy live performances and a “blue-collar” ethos, having built their reputation through relentless international touring.

The five-piece lineup has remained consistent since their debut:
  • Jon Ricci: Vocals
  • Shaun Lichtenstein: Lead Guitar / Vocals
  • Josh Waterman: Guitar / Vocals
  • Mike LaRoche: Bass
  • Glenn Mungo: Drums
  • Global Reach: The band has amassed over 140 million streams and performed for U.S. troops in combat zones like Afghanistan and Kuwait.
  • Recent Success: Their 2023 album, Medicine, produced the hit single “Halo,” which reached the Top 5 on European rock charts.
  • 2026 Album: Their latest full-length album, Wish You Well, was released in early 2026, featuring tracks like “Burn It Down” and “Make It a Lie”.

When Lansdowne took the stage at 9:30 PM at Gebäude 9, the headliners wasted no time setting the tone for the night. Launching straight into their set with undeniable energy, the band delivered a wall of sound driven by full power and uncompromising volume — the kind of decibel level that cuts straight to the bone, tinnitus almost guaranteed. From the very first seconds, the audience was firmly in their grasp, and Lansdowne maintained that intensity throughout the entire performance. Notably, the band appeared on stage as a quartet, performing without their bass player; if there was any explanation for the absence, I missed that part. Yet the impact of the music remained intact. The sound was still remarkably full and tight, proving that even with one member missing, Lansdowne had no trouble commanding the room and keeping the crowd locked in from start to finish. Burn It Down, Rescue, Watch Me Burn, Burn Brighter, Bury Me, Halo, Ghost to name few of their songs in the setlist. All and all a great night, the audience had their fix with three bands, all three bringing along great performances.
