Nickelback performed a concert at the LANXESS arena in Cologne, Germany, on May 30, 2024. The show was part of their “Get Rollin'” tour.
The lucky opener band was The Lottery Winners, an indie pop band from Leigh, Greater Manchester, England. Their highlight was ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’,(Oasis). Other than that they were enthusiastic performing n the big arena, but obviously not used to this size of venue yet.

Left out from playlist for whatever reason: Too Bad, I would have preferred it instead of an Oasis cover.
Audience: roughly 13,000 (arena capacity 14,000)
Sound Quality: a touch too loud and a touch muddy.
Awkward moment: two blonde girls from the audience got to sing on stage with the band ‘Rockstar’.
Like Nickelback, or hate it, a personal preference, imho totally worth it to go for a show.
With over 10 billion streams, 50 million albums sold worldwide, and 12 consecutive sold-out tours it is no question that Nickelback is one of the most successful band of the 2000’s.
