South Of Salem opened for John 5 at Club Volta. Even though the front stage felt a little cramped for a five-piece band, they delivered an energetic performance packed with strong songs and great stage presence. South Of Salem are an independent hard rock and metal band from Bournemouth, UK, formed in 2018, and are well known for their dark, theatrical horror-rock style and explosive live shows. Their sound heavily blends classic hard rock, heavy metal, and punk.

They released two albums:

The Sinner Takes It All (2020): Their breakout debut album featuring fan-favorite singles like “Let Us Prey”and “Cold Day In Hell”.
Death Of The Party (2024): Their highly-praised sophomore record which expanded their dark, energetic horror-rock template.
