The Foggy Mountain Rockers are a German Teddy Boy band that blends elements of rockabilly, skiffle, and country music. Founded in Bonn, the group has released nine albums to date and is widely regarded as one of Germany’s well-known acts in the genre. “Teddy rockabilly” refers to the Teddy Boy subculture that emerged in England in the 1950s, closely associated with early rock ’n’ roll. The Teddy Boy style—marked by Edwardian-inspired long jackets and drainpipe trousers—served as both a precursor and a companion to the rockabilly scene that was developing simultaneously in the United States.\
