Die Toten Hosen – Trink Aus! Wir Müssen Gehen – Tour 2026

Two shows: July 3 & 4 in Merkur Spiel Arena, Düsseldorf

Support: Bad Nerves, Rise Against

Die Toten Hosen is one of Germany’s most successful and enduring punk rock bands. Formed in 1982 in Düsseldorf, the group evolved from the local punk scene to become a national cultural icon, often cited alongside Die Ärzte as the most significant German-speaking rock act.

Origins: The band was founded following the dissolution of the punk bands ZK and KFC. Their name is a German idiom for “nothing going on” or “boring,” chosen so they could joke about their own performance if a concert went poorly. Over their 40+ year career, they have sold more than 18 million records. They are known for high-energy live shows and have performed over 1,000 concerts. The End of an Era: In March 2026, the band announced they would end their studio career after 44 years. Their final studio album, titled Trink aus, wir müssen gehen!, is scheduled for release on May 29, 2026, followed by a farewell tour in 2026 and 2027.

Band Members: the lineup has remained remarkably stable since the late 1990s:
  • Campino (Andreas Frege): Lead vocals and frontman.
  • Kuddel (Andreas von Holst): Guitar.
  • Breiti (Michael Breitkopf): Guitar.
  • Andi (Andreas Meurer): Bass.
  • Vom (Stephen Ritchie): Drums (joined in 1998/1999).

Bad Nerves –  a five-piece “Powerpop-RocknRoll” group from Essex, known for their “ferociously fast” distorted pop songs. Their sound is often described as a mix between the Ramones and The Strokes

Rise AgainstAmerican punk rock band from Chicago, Illinois, formed in 1999. The group is widely recognized for its fast-paced melodic hardcore sound and deeply political and socially conscious lyrics
