An evening with Bob Seger
Calgary Saddledome
March 19, 2013
Bob Seger was among the legends who developed my taste for rock music.
He brought his hits to Calgary Saddledome on March 19, 2013 and I was there.
At 68 years old he rocked the arena like he would be 38.
I paid for the ticket something under 40 CAD, I got a to see a show worth of thousand bucks.
One of the pillars of the Detroit music scene he put out incredible hits. Seeing him live was a dream came true.
The quality of the concert was high, the volume and the quality of sound was perfect.
His voice cut clearly through the music and filled the arena.
I cannot imagine a song that Bob Seger sings live and sounds bad.
He is just one of those natural talents with the right voice for rock music.
Live or on a record, it sounds the same: good.
I could have taken hours and hours of his show, not a single bland minute.
I have seen many concerts, but this was on the bucket list.
