Welcome to the client download portal. Click on the BUTTON with YOUR NAME to go to the download folder. For download instructions go to the bottom of the page. The photos are available to download for 30 DAYS, after that period the folder is deleted. Please read the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page!
On a mobile device
- Open the Google Drive app.
- Tap the three dots next to the photo you want to download.
- Select Download.
- To select multiple photos, tap and hold one, then tap the others to add them to the selection, and then tap Download
PC or Mac download individual or multiple photos
- Go to drive.google.com and sign in.
- Find the photos you want to download.
- For one photo: Click on the photo to preview it, then click the three vertical dots (More) in the top-right corner and select Download.
- For multiple photos: Click one photo, then hold down the Ctrl key (Windows) or Cmd key (Mac) and click other photos to select them.
- Right-click on any of the selected photos and choose Download.
- A .zip file containing the photos will be downloaded to your compute
Download all photos
Go to drive.google.com and sign in.
- In the left-hand menu, click “My Drive” and then click “Type” at the top.
- Select “Photos and images” from the dropdown menu.
- Press Ctrl +A (Windows) or Cmd + A (Mac) to select all the photos that appear.
- Click the download icon at the top of the page.
- Google Drive will create a .zip file of all the photos, which will then download to your compute
