Euroblast Festival, 25.09.– 27.09.25,  Essigfabrik, Köln

The Euroblast Festival 2026 is scheduled to take place from September 25 to September 27, 2026. This edition marks the 20th anniversary of the festival, which is a premier indoor event dedicated to progressive metal and experimental music.

Atmosphere: Known for its intimate community vibe, the festival typically features over 40 international artists across two stages.

The Euroblast is home for everyone for whom music is more than just sliced bread at the counter. Here progressive sounds are baked by hand and served hot in the ear. Together with like-minded people you reaffirm each other: Yes, this IS the coolest music.

With alumni like Meshuggah, Devin Townsend, Animals As Leaders, Textures, Sikth and 380+ more bands under our hood, we’re moving out again to select more than 40 of the finest known and unknown national and international bands for our next edition.

We are extremely proud that the Euroblast Festival has already provided a stage for many of the first performances by now more well-known artists. Bands like Uneven Structure, Aliases, Destiny Potato and The Algorithm and many more have taken their first steps on our stage.

We are curious, excited and determined to discover new artists again this year and to welcome them to us.”
