nowadays Europe has more graffitis than North America. who does all this painting is a mystery to me as a can of spray paint is not that-that cheap. neither the stickers. I see more and more of this, and I have not been in Berlin yet. it's called alternative culture. and the alternative shops are selling alternative stuff, again at not that that cheap prices. some street people here and there, beer patios, of course and people. it's ok to visit, I wouldn't move in here for sure.
