SUMMARY:Avatar - Don’t Go In The Forest Tour 2026
DESCRIPTION:Avatar – Don’t Go In The Forest Tour 2026 \nGuest: Neckbreakker \nMelodic Death Metal Mavericks Avatar Return to Germany: Live in Oberhausen\, Ulm\, and Frankfurt This December! \nPressrelease: May 22\, 2026 \nAvatar explores the dark soul of alternative and melodic death metal—and has done so with consistent success for over 20 years. With their penultimate album\, *Dance Devil Dance* (released in 2023)\, they taught Beelzebub how to dance; with their current album\, *Don’t Go in the Forest*\, they skillfully navigated the delicate balance between intricate rhythms and catchy choruses. Both approaches resonated with their global fanbase\, who helped propel the albums to impressive chart positions in numerous countries. Equally successful were their extensive tours earlier this year—including five shows in Germany this past March—during which they filled their largest venues to date in many locations. Yet for the band\, it has never been about chasing hits or mainstream success; far more important to the quintet—led by vocalist\, keyboardist\, and trumpeter Johannes Eckerström and guitarist/primary songwriter Jonas “Kungen” Jarlsby—is the continued evolution of their multifaceted metal sound. This was most recently demonstrated on *Don’t Go in the Forest*\, which\, alongside their signature metal ingredients\, placed a heightened emphasis on melody.\nThe Gothenburg-based band\, fronted by Johannes Eckerström\, chose their name quite deliberately back in the day: an “avatar”—the manifestation of a divine being in human form—perfectly describes how the frontman and his bandmates perceive themselves. Since then\, within their own heavy metal universe—transcending the boundaries of specific subgenres—Avatar has reigned supreme as dark visionaries: an act that consistently defies convention and offers up surprising new elements with every new album.\nFounded 22 years ago under the name Lost Soul\, Avatar made their debut under their current moniker in 2006 with the album *Thoughts of No Tomorrow*. Nine more studio albums followed at two-year intervals\, accompanied by meteoric success that immediately transcended European borders. With their most recent albums\, Avatar have increasingly—and with growing boldness and consistency—deconstructed their stylistic foundation in melodic death metal. While their eighth album\, *Hunter Gatherer* (2020)\, emerged as their darkest release to date—featuring brooding\, industrially-charged anthems exploring themes of human cruelty\, contempt\, and loss—their ninth\, *Dance Devil Dance*\, offered a hard-rock accessibility unlike any of its predecessors.\nTheir current—and now tenth—album\, released last October\, places dreams and their significance at its core; musically\, according to Johannes Eckerström\, this manifested in “the most rhythmically intricate yet simultaneously melodically catchy songs of our entire career.” As is always the case with Avatar\, audiences can therefore look forward to their upcoming concerts with great anticipation. For their three German shows this December\, Avatar will be joined by Danish death metal newcomers Neckbreakker—a band that impressed in 2024 with their abrasive debut album\, *Within the Viscera*\, and has since established a reputation as a ferocious live act that leaves no stone unturned.

SUMMARY:FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH- 20th Anniversary World Tour
DESCRIPTION:FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH – 20th Anniversary World Tour \nPress Release \n \nThe 20th Anniversary World Tour continues: Five Finger Death Punch announce UK & European arena tour 2027 with special guests LAMB OF GOD and BLEED FROM WITHIN. German shows in January/February in Düsseldorf\, Hamburg\, Munich\, Stuttgart\, and Berlin. Tickets available online presale from May 7\, 2026\, at 10:00 AM. \nMulti-platinum-selling hard rock powerhouse Five Finger Death Punch today announced the UK and European leg of their 20th Anniversary World Tour\, which will take place in early 2027. With special guest Lamb of God\, the tour brings together two of the most dominant forces in hard rock and metal. The lineup is completed by Bleed from Within from Scotland – one of the strongest heavy metal tour packages of the year. \nThe 20th Anniversary World Tour is both a celebration and a statement\, honoring Five Finger Death Punch’s journey from their formation in 2005 and the release of their debut album\, The Way Of The Fist\, in 2007 to headlining arenas worldwide. \nThe tour kicks off on Saturday\, January 16\, 2027\, in Manchester\, UK\, and will take the band to 21 cities across the UK and Europe\, culminating in Helsinki on February 22\, 2027. In Germany\, Five Finger Death Punch will play in Düsseldorf (January 26 / PSD Bank Dome)\, Hamburg (January 27 / Barclays Arena)\, Munich (February 2 / Olympiahalle)\, Stuttgart (February 4 / Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle)\, and Berlin (February 16 / Uber Arena). \nThe tour kicks off on Saturday\, January 16\, 2027\, in Manchester\, UK\, and will take the band to 21 cities in the UK and Europe\, concluding in Helsinki on February 22\, 2027. 5FDP founding guitarist Zoltan Bathory explains: “We’ve built this band like a battleship – twenty years in which life has thrown everything at us. And we’re not just still here\, we’re still growing. Every day new fans are discovering us; the fanbase is bigger than ever. This world tour is the celebration this milestone deserves. The first stop is America in 2026\, then Europe in 2027\, and we’re not stopping there! South America\, Australia\, Asia – everything is in the works. These are going to be one or two huge years for Five Finger Death Punch\, and we’re just getting started.” \nThe band’s recent albums\, Best Of – Volume 1 and Best Of – Volume 2\, feature newly recorded versions of Five Finger Death Punch’s greatest hits\, including the #1 single “I Refuse” featuring Maria Brink (Vol. 1) and the #1 single “The End” featuring BABYMETAL (Vol. 2). “The End” reached #1 on the Japanese iTunes Metal Chart—a significant milestone for an international rock release. In the US\, the song made history as the first track with Japanese lyrics to chart on the Rock Radio charts and ultimately reach #1. Both albums were created in response to the sale of the band’s original master recordings—a decision made without their knowledge and without the possibility of a refund. \n \nFor over two decades\, special guest Lamb of God has been among the most influential and respected bands in heavy music—renowned for precision\, intensity\, and uncompromising sound. With multiple Grammy nominations and a fiercely loyal global fanbase\, they continue to set the standard for modern metal. Lamb of God’s new album\, Into Oblivion\, is available now. \nFive Finger Death Punch’s tenth studio album is expected later this year\, with the first new single anticipated this month. The 20th Anniversary World Tour will showcase material from the new album\, along with classic anthems and #1 hits that have defined the past two\ndecades. \nBleed from Within\, who grew up in the British metal scene\, have established themselves as one of the most exciting live bands in the genre – delivering crushing heaviness and arena-ready hooks. Their relentless touring and critically acclaimed releases have cemented their status as a breakthrough act in the scene. \nFor more information on Five Finger Death Punch\, including all 2026 North American and 2027 European tour dates\, as well as VIP offers\, visit fivefingerdeathpunch.com.
