On September 6th\, the Kantine’s outdoor deck will be transformed into an open-air stage for international singer-songwriter and indie-folk acts. Following two successful editions\, the event continues to focus on an intimate open-air atmosphere\, powerful live performances\, and a stylistically diverse lineup. The 502s\, Rose Betts\, Zandi Holup\, and Birdtalker are four international acts who will bring modern folk\, Americana\, and indie sounds to Cologne. \nThe 502s bring their euphoric beach-folk sound and high-energy live shows to Cologne. The five-member band from Orlando captivates audiences with songs full of joie de vivre and a sense of community. On their latest album\, “Easy Street” (2025)\, the band combines their signature sound with a sun-drenched concept centered around the laid-back lifestyle of an imaginary coastal town. Following an extensive US tour and numerous festival appearances\, The 502s will return to Europe in 2026 as part of their “Nonsense All Night” tour. \nSongwriter Rose Betts is still considered a hidden gem in Germany\, but has already garnered a loyal international fanbase. The artist blends influences from her Irish roots with indie folk\, chamber pop\, and atmospheric storytelling. After her acclaimed debut album\, “White Orchids” (2022)\, her latest release\, “There Is No Ship\,” further solidified her reputation as an exceptional songwriter. Songs like “Irish Eyes” became streaming hits and made her a minor sensation on social media.Songwriter Rose Betts is still considered an insider tip in Germany\, but has already garnered a loyal international following. \nZandi Holup\, one of the most exciting new voices in the current folk and Americana scene\, is also on the bill.
