Palmira, Valle de Cauca the capital of sugar boom is not ranking high on places to visit in Colombia. For now is listed on the top ten most dangerous cities in the world. We paid a short visit to the central area of the city and took a close to two hours stroll with the camera. The city was founded the early 1800’s so there’s not much colonial tie or architecture. At 1000 m altitude it’s pretty hot and while we were visiting it was heavily overcast, with some light rain on and off. Shortly we parked in a secured lot and started to walk and a nice local guy warned me in English to be very careful. Nothing really happened noteworthy, beside Blaze getting a chunk of my empanada and a lady stopping on the street and saying ‘que hermoso perro’. Snapped few frames and carried on the drive towards Buga.
